By accessing or using allalo AI (including our directory, blog, and Tools Pro applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

1. Use of Search Directory & Data Catalog

allalo AI acts as an aggregation directory mapping public third-party artificial intelligence applications. While we strive for 100% database accuracy, we do not guarantee the uptime, functionality, or pricing models of third-party software indexed within our system. Users clicking outward third-party links are subject to those external domain policies.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The original software code, dynamic metadata architecture, Tools Pro proprietary applications, branding elements, and curated content published on allalo AI are the exclusive intellectual property of Jasim Uddin and allalo AI. Product names, logos, and trademarks indexed in our directory belong to their respective third-party owners.

3. Acceptable Usage Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or scrape our raw API JSON pipelines beyond reasonable user query thresholds.
• Submitting fraudulent, malicious, or deceptive tool URLs through our Developer Submission console.
• Attempting to bypass security keys or administrative authentication locks embedded within the site.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall allalo AI, its developer, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our directory or Tools Pro applications.

5. Governance & Updates

These terms shall be governed by applicable digital web standards and regulations. We reserve the right to revise or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
